Yearly Fit+Girl's Event, a dynamic initiative born out of the desire to promote holistic well-being and community engagement. Each year, we bring people from diverse backgrounds together for a unique virtual walk/run experience that transcends geographical boundaries.

Fit + Girl Virtual Walk / Run

  1. Inception During COVID-19: The Fit+Girl's event was conceived during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic when gyms were closed, and people were seeking ways to stay active and connected.

  4. Annual Tradition: Since the inaugural event in 2021, the Fit+Girl's event has become an annual tradition, eagerly anticipated by our growing community.

Mud Girl Run 2023

Embrace the mud, conquer obstacles, and celebrate resilience with our exhilarating Mud Girl Run Project! In June of last year, I rallied a group of friends for an unforgettable adventure, navigating a challenging course filled with various obstacles and thrilling challenges.

  1. Team Bonding: The Mud Girl Run wasn't just about conquering obstacles; it was a team-building experience that brought friends together for a day of shared challenges and triumphs.

  2. Obstacle Course Adventure: Participants faced a series of obstacles, from mud pits to climbing walls, pushing their physical limits and embracing the spirit of adventure.

  3. Physical and Mental Resilience: The event was not just a test of physical endurance but also a journey that required mental toughness, determination, and camaraderie to overcome each challenge.

Vascular Screening 
August, 2024

Our vascular screening is a comprehensive, non-invasive examination designed to evaluate the condition of your blood vessels. This screening includes a carotid duplex to assess blood flow to the brain, examination of the abdominal aorta for potential aneurysms, and an ankle-brachial index (ABI) to evaluate circulation in the lower extremities. This proactive measure aims to identify potential concerns related to cardiovascular health. The process is painless, quick, and can provide valuable insights into your vascular well-being, allowing you to take informed steps towards maintaining a healthy cardiovascular system.
